Job Description:

Reclatam is seeking experienced Case Manager Assistants to support high-volume personal injury law firms in the United States. You will be an integral part of a specialized "Pod Model" (comprising 1 Case Manager and 2 Assistants), collectively managing a portfolio of approximately 300 cases.

This is a high-impact administrative role designed for legal professionals who are experts in the pre-litigation phase of US personal injury matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Case Documentation: Proactively collect, organize, and track medical records, police reports, and essential case evidence.
  • Complex Scheduling: Coordinate and manage calendars for depositions, medical appointments, and client consultations across various US time zones.
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level operational assistance to Case Managers to ensure smooth workflow during the pre-litigation phase.
  • Intake & Management: Support the client intake process and maintain meticulously organized digital case files.
  • Professional Liaison: Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and medical providers to facilitate case progression.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in Personal Injury law specifically within California, Arizona, or Florida.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Solid understanding of various PI categories, including motor vehicle accidents (MVA), premise liability, dog bites, burns, and construction injuries.
  • English Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Procedural Knowledge: Familiarity with state-specific personal injury regulations and pre-litigation workflows.
  • Systems: Proficient in the use of legal case management software and remote productivity tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Legal Background: A law degree or formal legal training in your home country is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual: Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
  • Efficiency: Experience working in high-volume law firms or fast-paced legal environments.
